Wine night on 18 April 4-course menu with top vintner

On 18 April you will have the opportunity to enjoy an exquisite evening with renowned vintner Eric Manz of Manz vinery from Rheinhessen. After the reception with aperitif in our Captains Lounge a magnificent 4-course menu will be waiting for you in restaurant Columbus. Each course will have its accompanying wine from Manz vineyard.

  • Course 1: fried scallop with a parsley root variation; wine: 2017 Scheurebe Kalkstein
  • Course 2: duet of quail with green asparagus and Blue Congo; wine: 2016 Pino Gris Réserve
  • Course 3: duet of veal on carrot-ginger mash; wine: 2012 Pinot Meunier
old grape & 2015 Pinot Blanc Kranzberg ***

  • Course 4: nougat slice with apricot and carrot; wine: 2016 Huxelrebe Spätlese
