On 24 December, we would like to invite you to enjoy Christmas Eve in our restaurant Columbus and to stay overnight in our hotel. In festive atmosphere, we will start the evening with a reception at 18.00 h together with all guests before our kitchen crew will serve a heavenly 4-course menu.
From 21.00 h our hotel crew will then say good-bye and leave to join their families under the Christmas trees at home, and you can spend the rest of the evening as you wish. Explore Flensburg‘s festive centre of town or find a silent retreat in your room.
The Christmas Eve menu includes:
- Tartar of home-made marinated salmon
Radish cannelloni | wasabi-ginger cream
- Baked praline of goose
Luke-warm sprouts salad | Madeira jus | pink pepper
- Sous-vide cooked beef brisket
Roasted sirloin | Romanesco broccoli | morel cream sauce | Dauphine potatoes
- Variation of pear
