Dear guests,

it is mandatory for ALL guests to have sent a negative corona test (not older than 48 hours) to coronatest@hotel-hafen-flensburg.de before arrival. At the latest 72 hours after the first test (test for arrival), we ask you to have submitted another negative corona test to reception by 3 p.m. or to have sent it to the above email address. Please keep the testing rhythm of 72 hours for more extended stays and hand it in at the reception in good time. The following applies to vaccinated people: at least 14 days must have passed between the final vaccination and arrival. Evidence of vaccination is of course mandatory. For those who have recovered, please bring a positive PCR test certificate with you as proof of arrival. This test must also be at least 14 days ago.

We use the following rule in our indoor catering (Restaurant Columbus): vaccinated, tested (test not older than 24 hours) or recovered.

The sauna and relaxation area on our wellness deck are open. Please only enter the sauna with people from the same household. Massages are possible by booking an appointment.

In order to comply with the official SARS-CoV-2 requirements, there might be some restrictions in the hotel offer. The opening times may vary. In order to ensure a pleasant and safe stay, we have developed hygiene and protection measures for you. These measures will be provided by us in the hotel, observed by you and updated and adapted in accordance with the official regulations.

We reserve the right to make changes at short notice and do not guarantee completeness.

For all guests and employees there is a mask obligation in the hotel (Some employees who are permanently separated from the guest by objects or a sufficient distance must not wear a mask at your workplace).

  • Check-in/-out Information and rules for check-in / check-out

    - Truthful information about your personal data is a basic requirement.
    - Please adhere to our arrival and departure times so that we have enough time for preparation and follow-up work and unnecessary clashes with guests are avoided.
    - To avoid queues at the hotel reception, please stay in the entrance area.
    - We use the Luca app for pandemic-related contact tracking. To avoid queuing at reception, please download the Luca app.
    - We have a disinfected ballpoint pen ready for you to sign the registration form. You will receive your room card upon check-in.
    - We ask you to put your key cards in the designated receptacle at the reception upon check-out. Our crew disinfects all cards at the end of the check-out.
    - We ask you to pay our bill cashless at check-out.

  • Generally Which general rules have to be observed?

    - Please note the coughing etiquette, which also applies to sneezing: Keep a distance of at least 1.5 m, turn away and use a disposable handkerchief or the crook of your arm.
    - We ask parents to influence their children with regard to the guidelines.
    - Our entire crew is extensively informed and trained about the special hygiene and protective measures, additional disinfection intervals have been adjusted in accordance with official regulations.
    - All employees are instructed not to come to work if they feel sick.
    - Guests with Covid-19 symptoms such as inflammation of the airways or fever are not allowed to enter the hotel. If symptoms occur during your stay or during the incubation period after your visit, we ask you to notify us immediately.

  • Housekeeping Information and rules regarding our housekeeping

    - Our housekeeping crew works with disposable gloves and has been intensively trained in the thorough cleaning and disinfection of your room, extensive ventilation is a mandatory part.
    - The entire laundry in your room is cleaned at a minimum of 60 ° C and ironed with a hot iron. We have removed the additional blankets from the room, of course you can get them on request. Please contact us by phone.

  • Restaurant Which rules apply in the restaurant "Columbus"?

    - Our restaurant »Columbus« is open again.We use the following rule in our indoor catering: vaccinated, tested (test not older than 24 hours) or recovered. However, all public areas must be vacated by 11 p.m. at the latest. As a general rule, guests are no longer permitted to stay in public areas after 11 p.m.
    - Our crew in the restaurant wears a mouth and nose cover during service hours.
    - During breakfast times, every guest at the buffet is required to wear a mask.

  • Rules in the hotel How do I have to behave in the hotel?

    - In elevators and stairwells, the minimum distance must also be observed and crossroads avoided.
    - All guests and employees in the hotel are required to wear a mask (some employees who are permanently separated from the guest by objects or sufficient distance do not have to wear a mask at their workplace).
    - We need your full contact details when you make your reservation.
    - Magazines can still be purchased at reception for a fee.
    - Daily newspapers are available from reception and remain in your possession or are disposed of by an employee.

  • Wellness What do I have to pay attention to in the wellness area?

    Please note the changed provisions for our wellness lounge. The loungers and showers may be used subject to the applicable distance rules. The sauna and relaxation area on our wellness deck are open. Please only enter the sauna with people from the same household. Massages are only possible if booked in advance. Please disinfect the sports equipment before and after use. Disinfectants and paper towels are available for this. We ask for your understanding that neither magazines, drinks nor fruit are available. The opening times may vary.

Should you violate these rules, you will have to leave immediately and pay for a fee.

During your stay, you ensure that you will adhere to our hygiene and protective measures as well as the legal requirements to contain the pandemic.
