Package Christmas feast

On 24 December, we invite you to enjoy Christmas Eve in our Columbus restaurant and then spend the night with us. In a festive atmosphere, there will first be a reception with all guests at 5 pm before our kitchen crew serves a marvellous 5-course menu.

From 9 pm, our hotel crew will then say goodbye under the Christmas tree at home and you can spend the rest of the evening as you wish, exploring Flensburg's Christmassy city centre or retiring to your room.

The Christmas Eve menu includes:

  • Smoked tuna tartare
    Ponzu gel | pomegranate | coriander cress
  • Christmas duck punch
    Duck ravioli | chives
  • Monkfishwrapped in Parma ham
    Red pepper jus | truffled parsnip puree
  • Saddle of hare in a bread mantle
    Hazelnut sauce | chestnut and turnip vegetables | dauphine potatoes
  • Iced honey cake
    Baked apple mousse | cold stirred cranberries | “Groggel”

Vegan Christmas Eve menu:

  • Chestnut hummus
    Pomegranate seeds | nasturtium | chive oil
  • Truffled parsnip soup
    Pickled pumpkin | parsnip crisps
  • Baked celeriac ravioli
    Paprika-chilli emulsion | roasted Brussels sprouts
  • Braised rutabaga
    Vegan jus | tarragon carrots | sweet potato puree | potato crisp
  • Tonka bean slice
    Star anise quince | blood orange sorbet

Includes aperitif, matching wines to accompany the menu, water and coffee. (Non-alcoholic aperitif & wine available)
