Package Christmas feast

On 24 December, we invite you to enjoy Christmas Eve in our Columbus restaurant and then spend the night with us. In a festive atmosphere, there will first be a reception with all guests at 5 pm before our kitchen crew serves a marvellous 5-course menu.

From 9 pm, our hotel crew will then say goodbye under the Christmas tree at home and you can spend the rest of the evening as you wish, exploring Flensburg's Christmassy city centre or retiring to your room.

The Christmas Eve menu includes:

  • Goose liver mousse
    Parsnip chip | cold-stirred cranberries | pea cress
  • Veal tail essence
    Old sherry | root vegetables | veal tail ravioli
  • White halibut
    Vegetable coat | beetroot polenta | champagne foam
  • Saddle of venison "Wellington"
    False sauce riche | beetroot mash | walnut buns
  • Iced Christmas Stollen
    Flensburg rum pot | White cinnamon mousse

Vegan Christmas Eve menu:

  • Aubergine roulade
    Pomegranate | roasted sesame oil | pea cress
  • Smoked celery soup
    Roasted hazelnut | apple and celeriac salad
  • Caramelised sweet potato
    Kale | chestnuts
  • Beetroot "Wellington"
    Vegan Madeira jus | mushroom puree | braised shallots
  • Iced Christmas stollen
    Cranberries | Oat and spice crumble | Mandarin sorbet

A wine accompaniment (4 glasses of 0.1 litre each, a coffee speciality & a glass of rum) of € 45.00 per person can be booked individually.
